IC 20-30-14.5-5: Duties of participating school corporation, charter school, or accredited nonpublic school

Sec. 5. A participating school corporation, charter school, or state accredited nonpublic high school shall:

(1) maintain appropriate records to identify students who have earned a certificate; and

(2) make the appropriate designation on the transcript of each student who earns a certificate.
