IC 20-30-16-6.5: Approval of civics course

Sec. 6.5. The department in accordance with requirements established by the state board shall approve a civics course access program course that:

(1) meets the requirements under IC 20-30-5-2(a); and

(2) is presented with special emphasis on the items listed in IC 20-30-5-5(a) and IC 20-30-5-6(b).
