IC 20-33-8-33: Submission of information to bureau of motor vehicles

Sec. 33. Before February 1 and before October 1 of each year, except when a hearing has been requested to determine financial hardship under IC 9-24-2-1(a)(4), a principal may submit to the bureau of motor vehicles the pertinent information concerning an individual's ineligibility under IC 9-24-2-1 to be issued a driver's license or learner's permit, or concerning the suspension of driving privileges under IC 9-24-2-4.
