IC 20-35-11-2.2: "Educational evaluation"

Sec. 2.2. As used in this chapter, "educational evaluation" means procedures used to provide information about a student's disability or suspected disability for the student's case conference committee to determine the following:

(1) Whether a student is eligible for special education and related services.

(2) If eligible, the nature and extent of the special education and related services that the student needs.
