IC 20-36-5-2: Waiver of minimum number of semesters for graduation or academic honors diploma

Sec. 2. A student who demonstrates proficiency in one (1) or more courses or subject areas under section 1 of this chapter may not be required to complete a minimum number of semesters to graduate or to receive an Indiana diploma with a Core 40 with academic honors designation.
