IC 20-36-6-9: Guidelines

Sec. 9. (a) The department shall develop and provide each public and state accredited nonpublic elementary school and high school with guidelines designed to satisfy the requirements of this chapter.

(b) The guidelines developed under this section and the dissemination of the guidelines shall be developed and disseminated in the same manner as other college credit bearing programs.
