IC 20-40-2-5: Payment of athletic coaches

Sec. 5. Remuneration for athletic coaches, whether or not the athletic coaches are:

(1) otherwise employed by the school corporation; and

(2) licensed under IC 20-28-4 or IC 20-28-5;

must be budgeted in the education fund and must be paid from the education fund.
