IC 20-43-8-14: Duty to update wage threshold data

Sec. 14. (a) Not later than November 1 of each odd-numbered year, the department of workforce development shall update wage threshold data used to categorize career and technical education programs under section 7.5 of this chapter for use in the two (2) subsequent school years.

(b) The department of workforce development may not update wage threshold data as provided in subsection (a) more often than once each biennium.
