IC 20-46-1-23: Eligibility of governing body of school corporation to place referendum question on ballot

Sec. 23. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or any other law to the contrary, including any amendments made to this chapter and IC 3-10-9-3 in the 2025 regular session of the general assembly, the governing body of a school corporation that adopts a resolution to place a referendum on the ballot under section 8 of this chapter on or before June 30, 2025, is eligible to place the referendum question on the ballot in an election held in the fall of calendar year 2025.
