IC 20-51-2-1: List of certified scholarship programs

Sec. 1. The department shall maintain a publicly available list of the school scholarship programs certified by the department. The list must contain names, addresses, and any other information that the department determines is necessary for the public to determine which scholarship granting organizations conduct school scholarship programs. A current list must be posted on a website used by the department to provide information to the public.
