IC 20-51-4-4.6: State board; rulemaking for provision of special education services

Sec. 4.6. The state board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the provision of special education or related services to an eligible choice scholarship student who receives an amount under section 4(a)(2) of this chapter. The rules adopted under this section shall include annual reporting requirements, monitoring, and consequences for noncompliance by an eligible school.
