Sec. 3. The commission shall decide which building codes shall be reviewed each calendar year, focusing on the oldest building codes for review. Except as permitted under section 4(b) of this chapter, the commission may not adopt a final rule under IC 4-22-2-29 for more than three (3) building codes during any twelve (12) month period.
