IC 22-14-7-10: "UPC bar code"

Sec. 10. As used in this chapter, "UPC bar code" means the universal product code or another product identification code that includes:

(1) a unique symbol that consists of a machine readable code; and

(2) numbers that are readable by an individual;

that meets the standards established by GS1 US.
