IC 22-15-3.5-7: Powers of the department

Sec. 7. The department may:

(1) audit self-certified projects;

(2) require corrective action for noncompliance;

(3) revoke or suspend a professional's authority to provide certifications; and

(4) refer violations to the appropriate licensing board or impose civil penalties as authorized by law.
