IC 22-15-4-6 (Version b): Sale or offering for sale of certified mobile structure altered or converted in violation of rule; offense

Sec. 6. A person who offers to sell or sells a mobile structure that:

(1) was certified under IC 9-8-1.5 (before its repeal on July 1, 1987) or certified by the department under section 2 or 4 of this chapter; and

(2) has been altered or converted in violation of a rule adopted by the department;

commits a Class C infraction.
