IC 22-2-13-2: "Armed forces of the United States"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "armed forces of the United States" means the active or reserve components of the:

(1) United States Army;

(2) United States Navy;

(3) United States Air Force;

(4) United States Coast Guard;

(5) United States Marine Corps;

(6) United States Space Force; or

(7) Merchant Marine.
