IC 22-2-13-7: "Active duty"

Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "active duty" means full-time service on active duty orders in:

(1) the armed forces of the United States; or

(2) the National Guard;

for a period that exceeds eighty-nine (89) consecutive calendar days.
