IC 22-4-12-0.1: Application of certain amendments to chapter

Sec. 0.1. The amendments made to section 4 of this chapter by P.L.172-1991 apply to individuals who file a disaster unemployment assistance claim or a state unemployment insurance claim after June 1, 1990, and before June 2, 1991, or during a period to be determined by the general assembly.
