IC 22-4-14-6.3: Extended benefits; referral to suitable work

Sec. 6.3. The department shall refer a claimant for extended benefits to suitable work, beginning with the week following the week in which the claimant is furnished written notice under section 6.1(b) of this chapter, and continuing for each week as long as the claimant claims extended benefits.
