IC 22-4-44-4: Eligibility

Sec. 4. An individual is eligible to participate in the pilot program if the department determines that the individual is:

(1) unlikely to find sustainable employment without further training;

(2) eligible for unemployment compensation under this article; and

(3) more likely to complete training with a weekly incentive.
