IC 22-4.1-1-5.5: "State provider"

Sec. 5.5. "State provider" means any of the following:

(1) A state agency (as defined by IC 4-13-1-1(b)).

(2) A state educational institution eligible for funding under IC 21-12-8-9.

(3) A school corporation (as defined by IC 20-18-2-16(a)), including a charter school (as defined by IC 20-24-1-4).

(4) A body corporate and politic created by statute.
