IC 22-4.1-27-11: Approval status of eligible program providers

Sec. 11. An approved eligible program provider shall maintain the eligible program provider's approval under this chapter without reapplying annually if the eligible program provider has not been removed from the approved eligible program provider list under section 17 of this chapter.
