IC 22-8-1.1-22.1 (Version b): Commissioner to administer; other agencies

Sec. 22.1. The commissioner and the commissioner's designees shall administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter and the safety standards adopted by the board. The commissioner may utilize other agencies of the state government and its political subdivisions in carrying out the commissioner's functions under this chapter.
