Chapter 10. Employment Opportunities for Veterans and Indiana National Guard and Reserve Members

Sec. 8. As used in this chapter, "veteran" means:

(1) a veteran of the armed forces of the United States;

(2) a member of the Indiana National Guard; or

(3) a member of a reserve component.
