IC 22-9.3-7-2: Awards in a civil action

Sec. 2. A prevailing plaintiff in an action under section 1 of this chapter may be awarded the following:

(1) Court costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

(2) Actual damages resulting from the violation.

(3) Declaratory or injunctive relief.
