IC 24-14-1-1: Application of article

Sec. 1. (a) This article applies to any person engaging in, or offering to engage in, the business of providing towing service in Indiana.

(b) This article does not apply to the towing of motor vehicles:

(1) into Indiana; or

(2) through Indiana;

if the towing originates in another state.
