IC 24-14-2-14: "Storage facility"

Sec. 14. (a) "Storage facility" means any:

(1) lot;

(2) facility; or

(3) other property;

used to store motor vehicles that have been removed from another location by a tow truck.

(b) The term includes a storage yard (as defined in IC 9-22-1-3.5).
