IC 24-15-2-8: "Consumer"

Sec. 8. (a) "Consumer" means an individual who:

(1) is a resident of Indiana; and

(2) is acting only for a personal, family, or household purpose.

(b) The term does not include an individual acting in a commercial or employment context.
