IC 24-5-16-15: Remedies

Sec. 15. The court in an action under section 14 of this chapter may award the following:

(1) Actual damages.

(2) Equitable relief, including an injunction and restitution of money and property.

(3) Punitive damages.

(4) Reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

(5) Any other relief the court considers proper.
