IC 25-14.5-1-8: "Examination"

Sec. 8. "Examination" means an examination for the licensure of dietitians used or approved by the board. The examination may be created by the board, created by a person as determined by and approved by the board, or created in part by the board and in part by a person or entity other than the board.
