IC 25-21.5-1-8.5: "Professional surveyor"

Sec. 8.5. "Professional surveyor" means a person who:

(1) has special knowledge of mathematics and surveying principles and methods that are acquired by education and practical experience; and

(2) is a registered professional surveyor.
