IC 25-21.5-5-9.5: Contents of references for professional surveyors and surveyor interns

Sec. 9.5. A reference for a professional surveyor applicant or surveyor intern applicant must:

(1) contain the applicant's board assigned number; and

(2) be dated within one (1) year of the application.
