IC 25-8-13-5: Beauty culture salon license fee

Sec. 5. (a) The board shall charge a fee established by the board under IC 25-1-8-2 for issuing or renewing a beauty culture salon license. IC 25-1-2-6(e) applies to the issuance and renewal of a beauty culture salon license.

(b) The board shall charge a fee established under IC 25-1-8-6 for reinstating a beauty culture salon license.
