IC 27-1-24.5-2: "Effective rate of reimbursement"

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "effective rate of reimbursement" includes the following:

(1) Generic effective rates.

(2) Brand effective rates.

(3) Direct and indirect remuneration fees.

(4) Any other reduction or aggregate reduction of payment.
