IC 27-1-24.5-27.5: Pharmacist may not be required to collect higher copayment for prescription drug

Sec. 27.5. A pharmacy benefit manager may not require a pharmacy or pharmacist to collect a higher copayment for a prescription drug from a customer than the pharmacy benefit manager allows the pharmacy or pharmacist to retain.
