ARTICLE 13. HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS
Chapter 1. Definitions

Sec. 16. "Group contract" means a contract for health care services which by the contract's terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. A group contract may include coverage for dependents.
