IC 27-2-19-1: "Governmental agency" defined

Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "governmental agency" means any:

(1) department;

(2) division;

(3) public agency;

(4) political subdivision; or

(5) other public instrumentality;

of a political subdivision, the state of Indiana, or the federal government.
