Sec. 10. If an election is a general or municipal election and a voter desires to vote for all the candidates of one (1) political party or group of petitioners, the voter may make a voting mark on or in a large circle enclosing the device and before the name under which the candidates of the party are printed. The voter's vote shall then be counted in accordance with IC 3-12-1.
