IC 3-11-9-1: Application of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to:

(1) each precinct; and

(2) absentee voting, including the casting of an absentee ballot before an absentee voter board:

(A) in the office of the:

(i) circuit court clerk; or

(ii) board of elections and registration; or

(B) at a satellite office established under IC 3-11-10-26.3.
