IC 3-14-2-20: Deceptive registration of vote

Sec. 20. A person who knowingly:

(1) deceives a voter in registering the voter's vote under IC 3-11-8; or

(2) registers a voter's vote in a way other than as requested by the voter;

commits a Level 6 felony.
