IC 3-5-2.1-5: "Automatic tabulating machine"

Sec. 5. "Automatic tabulating machine" means:

(1) apparatus necessary to automatically count votes cast on a voting system; and

(2) data processing machines that can be used for counting ballots and tabulating results.
