IC 3-5-2.1-97: "State office"

Sec. 97. "State office" refers to the governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state comptroller (referred to as "auditor of state" in the Constitution of the State of Indiana), treasurer of state, attorney general, justice of the supreme court, judge of the court of appeals, and judge of the tax court.
