IC 3-5-4-12.5: Information technology provider

Sec. 12.5. (a) Each county shall submit the following to the secretary of state:

(1) The name of the county's information technology provider.

(2) Contact information for the provider listed in subdivision (1).

(b) Each county shall notify the secretary of state of any change in the information provided under subsection (a).
