IC 3-6-4.1-16: Rules

Sec. 16. The commission, by unanimous vote of the entire membership of the commission, may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement a court order requiring the commission, the election division, or an election board or official to administer an election in a manner not authorized by this title.
