IC 3-7-12-39: Persons to whom written summary of action provided

Sec. 39. The county election board shall forward a written summary of any action under section 38 of this chapter by first class mail with tracking to:

(1) the person who filed the notice;

(2) the person alleged to have committed the violation; and

(3) the NVRA official.
