IC 3-7-27-3: Offices

Sec. 3. The county executive shall provide each board of registration with suitable offices. The offices must be:

(1) located in the county courthouse or in a building easily accessible to the courthouse;

(2) easily accessible to the public; and

(3) adequate to meet the needs of the board.
