IC 3-9-2-11: Foreign nationals

Sec. 11. A foreign national (as defined in 52 U.S.C. 30121(b)) may not make a contribution in connection with:

(1) an election;

(2) a convention;

(3) a caucus in which a candidate is selected; or

(4) a public question;

under this title.
