- Chapter 2. Definitions
Sec. 18. "Dwelling" means a residential structure that contains one (1) to four (4) units, regardless of whether the structure is attached to real property. The term includes an individual:
(1) condominium unit;
(2) cooperative unit;
(3) mobile home; or
(4) trailer;
that is used as a residence.
