Chapter 17. Internet Purchasing Sites

Sec. 8. The following shall cooperate with the department to implement this chapter:

(1) The office of technology established by IC 4-13.1-2-1.

(2) The state board of accounts.

(3) The attorney general.

(4) The state comptroller.
