IC 4-15-13-2: Powers of state agencies

Sec. 2. A state agency may:

(1) develop a wellness program;

(2) implement a wellness program; or

(3) participate in an established wellness program;

for state employees on state property or elsewhere for the purposes described in section 3 of this chapter.
